Two-Party System

     When a corrupt oligarchy of any nature controls a country, they will...set up in theory a two-party system, controlling both of these parties, one of which will be solid and conservative and the other as silly as possible.  You will hear of the swing of the pendulum, and of going out of office in times of difficulty in order to let the other side get the blame or the unpopularity.
