Tattoos Prohibited by Our Creator Leviticus 19:28

     The Lord told Moses in the Old Testament of the Bible, "Ye shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor print any marks upon you:  I am the Lord."

     Today, our media driven culture teaches us to defy God and mutilate the bodies that he has given to us.  As the apostle Paul taught, "Ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said I will dwell in them...and be their God" (2 Cor. 6:16).  Christ taught that we are not to defile the body for it is the temple of God (D&C 93:35).  Modern prophets have declared the same.  See video below.
