Eye of Set (TV Set)
Televised Eye of Set. Set is a key figure in the mythos of ancient Egyptian gods and goddesses. Set is the opposite of Horus. Horus is the son of Osiris the God of light. In Christian terms Horus is Christ and Set is Satan.
Edward Bernays of the Tavistock Institute stated, “The conscious and intelligent manipulation of the organized habits and opinions of the masses is an important element in democratic society."
It was from him that William Paley went on to establish one of the first networks of television and used the eye as the symbol for CBS.
The Eye of Set is important within the occult. It is their belief that the Opening of the Eye of Set sucks into itself all the Light that Horus (Christ) has projected. It is in this sense that Satan came to represent the Opposer of the Light and in which television is used for.
