"Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men." -Matthew 5:13
When a professed Latter-day Saint person teaches less than the Celestial law of the Restoration, to appease a certain segment of society or to conform to political-philosophical views of world governments, they have become the salt that has "lost his savour" which is "thenceforth good for nothing." There's no such thing as a "gay-Mormon." Those terms are a conjunction of opposites and is antithetical to the Celestial law of the Restoration.
